Formerly a flooring store and warehouse, this building was given an uplift in late 2009 to become the home of Paradigm Traffic Systems' Arlington location. The new finishout included a reconfiguration of the interior space and a new multi-tenant exterior facade. It houses about 5000 sf of office space and over 5000 sf of warehouse space to properly accommodate the specific needs of this transportation management business while allowing for the possibility of converting it into a multi-tenant facility.
